Summary
France (George Clemenceau) was the most harsh out of the 3 leaders. He didn't want Germany to have any say on an international level. Furthermore, he wanted to pose such harsh reparations that Germany would never be able to pay it off.

George Clemenceau taught riding and French in a girls' academy at Stamford, Conn. He married one of his pupils, Mary Plummer.
